Who operates Central
Conception Concrete operates this private dashboard for its company management. Contact the company owner through conceptionconcrete.com.au about access, corrections, exports, removal requests or privacy concerns.
Information Central holds
Central holds authorised account details, client and supplier contacts, enquiries, jobs, site addresses, worker assignments, schedules, actions, business records and financial observations. It also holds source references, original-file links, saved versions, approvals and the history needed to reconcile changes. Retained legacy evidence can include previously stored files.
Connected Xero data is limited to the approved organisation and read-only reporting permissions. Connection credentials are kept separately from dashboard records. Sign-in cookies and local interface preferences support access and remembered views; they are not advertising profiles.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to show company activity, compare recorded results, plan work, reconcile sources and preserve an accurate history. Central does not sell company records, publish them as a public dashboard or train AI models.
Supabase provides database, sign-in and retained legacy file storage, and Vercel hosts the application. Connected services receive the information needed for their approved function. Opening a file link contacts OneDrive, SharePoint or the linked provider. A displayed Google map sends its requested site location to Google; a weather request uses the selected location. Those providers may also receive ordinary connection information such as an IP address.
An external assistant receives only information covered by its granted connection. Sharing Xero-sourced information requires your separate permission for that connection; agreeing to these terms does not grant it. Disconnecting stops new access through that Central connection. Provider-side grants and copies already received are managed separately. Hosting and connected providers may process information in Australia and other countries under their own privacy terms.
History, retention and your choices
Central retains records and their history while needed for company operations, recovery and applicable obligations. Corrections preserve the original evidence rather than silently rewriting it. Backups can retain earlier versions. Disconnecting a source or ending an account does not automatically delete its saved history.
Ask the company owner to review access, correct information, provide an available export or assess a removal request. Requests are checked against the need to preserve accounting, agreement and audit evidence and other applicable obligations. Original records in Xero, OneDrive or SharePoint must be managed in those systems as well.
