Terms of use
Version 2026-10-16.1 · 16 October 2026
Using Conception Central
Conception Central is Conception Concrete’s private company dashboard and reconciliation hub. These terms apply to your authorised use of Central for company business. By choosing Agree and continue, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy information shown with them.
Use only your authorised account and information you are entitled to access. Keep your sign-in details private, respect other people’s information and report suspected unauthorised access to the company owner. Do not bypass access controls or use Central for unlawful purposes.
Your existing systems remain the source
Xero remains the accounting system. Central’s Xero connection is read-only: it does not create invoices, make payments, move money or change accounting entries. OneDrive and SharePoint remain the home for original files. Estimating and proposal preparation remain outside Central.
Central combines saved records and source observations. Check the source date, coverage and any missing-information notices before relying on a figure. Job contribution, company profit and available cash are different measures. A forecast is an estimate based on its displayed assumptions.
Approvals and connections
You are responsible for the records and permissions you approve. A connection may use only its granted access. Connecting a provider does not by itself approve an import, financial allocation or other consequential change. Central keeps the saved versions and approval history needed to explain those changes.
CC and other assistants are external services. Access is optional and limited to the permissions you grant. Their own terms and privacy controls also apply to information they receive. Xero-sourced data must not be used to train, fine-tune or improve AI models, sold, or passed on for purposes that conflict with Xero’s developer terms.
Access, changes and support
The company owner may suspend access, disconnect a service or change Central’s features. Disconnecting stops new access through that Central connection; provider-side grants and copies already received are managed separately. Existing evidence may need to be retained for the company’s business and legal obligations.
Central and its providers can be unavailable. Report errors or access problems to the company owner using the contact information at conceptionconcrete.com.au. Updated terms will have a new version and will be presented for agreement when required. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
